  11.  PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

  13.  Icoholics Anonymous is an icon collection in executable form. 
  14.  This new version no longer consists of a plethora of individual icon
  15.  files, but of 47 executables. Click an exe to display the icons that
  16.  are contained in it. Use the Browser to jump from one exe to the
  17.  other. This is an easy way to find your way around the collection.
  18.  Use the icons as you would use those in any other executable.

  23.  Fully functional software. Does not expire. No nag screens. If you
  24.  like this software you are requested to join the Icoholics Anonymous
  25.  for a small registration fee.
  26.  But the bottomline is: this is freeware if you want it to be.

  29.  INSTALLATION

  31.  Run SETUP.EXE to install the program. The setup program will allow
  32.  you to enter a target directory and startup folder of your choice.
  33.  Installation requires about 2.4 MB of free diskspace.

  38.  Only the program in its complete and unmodified form may be copied and
  39.  distributed. You may not translate, reverse engineer, patch or modify
  40.  the executable files or documentation in any way, nor may you add or

  72.  The vast majority of these icons were made from scratch, others were
  73.  extracted from different sources and redesigned; over 2100 altogether.
  74.  The former category is not protected by copyright. As for the others:
  75.  Some are the handiwork of other people that sent them to me with the
  76.  intention that they be added to the collection, others were modified
  77.  to the extend that I should now rightfully call them my own. I.A. has
  78.  been on the net for five years and was distributed on CD-rom in many
  79.  countries. No individual or organization has ever objected to that.
